A Space and Time for Men to Listen or Speak

Welcome to Time to be Heard, where men gather in a judgment-free environment to speak, listen, and connect

Group of men

What We're About

Our group is founded on core principles that create a unique space for men to connect authentically.

❤️

Acceptance Without Judgment

You don't need to leave your comfort zone. There is no obligation to become someone else. We try to accept ourselves instead.

💬

Everyone Has a Voice

Each member has time to speak if they choose, ensuring all perspectives and experiences are valued.

⏱️

Mindful Presence

We begin each meeting with a contemplation to ground ourselves and be fully present with one another.

Evolving Mind

We approach each meeting with curiosity and openness, eager to learn from each other without dogma or judgment.

What We are NOT

We are not a Therapy

While are meetings are therapeutic, we don't provide professional mental health treatment. We complement, not replace, professional therapy. We don't discuss trauma in detail.

We are not a Cult

We have no religious affiliations, charismatic leaders, or dogmatic beliefs. We all make mistakes and we are all here to learn.

We are not Giving Advice

We practice active listening without jumping to solutions or "fixing" others. Your journey is yours to navigate — we're just here to tell you that you are not alone.

How Our Meetings Work

Our gatherings follow a simple structure designed to create space for meaningful connection.

1

Opening Contemplation

We begin with a 30-minute contemplation to calm ourselves and to prepare to listen

2

Check-In Round

Each person has a few minutes to share whatever they want. If you don't want to share, it's fine too.

3

Deep Dive Conversation

We explore a topic together, with space for everyone to share their thoughts, ask questions, and listen deeply.

4

Closing Circle

We close with reflections on what we're taking away and a brief contemplation to integrate the experience.

What to Expect

"After years of surface-level friendships, I've found a place where I can be completely myself. The difference in my life has been profound."

"The meditation practice alone has transformed how I handle stress. Add in the genuine connections I've made, and this group has become essential to my wellbeing."

"I was skeptical at first, but the non-judgmental atmosphere is real. I've learned so much about myself and gained perspectives I would have never considered."
